1 lbs of 80/20 lean or higher ground beef
1/3 cup of Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup of ketchup or 1 small can of tomato sauce
1 egg
garlic power
salt
pepper

Directions

Mix together. Shape for loaf pan. Put in a 5 inch by 9 inch glass loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
